What is the soft play area age limit?

Our soft play area can be used by crawlers to 5 years old.

How is the equipment cleaned?

All equipment is cleaned and sanitized after every use.

Do you provide full set ups?

Yes, everything that is included in the package you choose will arrive at the time of your setup. We will arrive at least 1 hour before the party to set up the soft play area. The area needs to be cleared of any dirt. Grass or soft flat surfaces are required. We cannot setup in wet, unleveled, nor gravel areas.

How long are party rentals?

Soft play party rentals are leased for 4 hours and can be extended for an extra fee.

Do you have a party supervisor?

No, Toddler Party Time employees are only on location for set up and pick up. Adult supervision is required at all time to monitor the soft play area.

Payment methods & deposits

We accept Venmo and Zelle.  All deposits are due within 48 hours of date inquiry approval. If deposits are not made your reservation will be cancelled. Remaining balances will be due 2 days before rental delivery date.

Rules

To keep our equipment clean & safe there are rules in our play areas:

  1. No food or drinks

  2. No face paint

  3. No sharp objects

  4. No shoes (this applies to both kids & adults)

  5. No slime, play-doh, markers nor crayons

  6. Adult supervision is required at all time

Delivery fee:

A delivery fee is required outside of the Covington/Mandeville area.

Weather

We cannot set up in wet or rainy conditions. If you need to move your event indoors due to weather, we can accommodate. If an indoor space is not available, we will be happy to reschedule for a later date.

How do I book?

To book our soft play rental please submit our reservation form under the Book Your Party tab, please include as many details as possible and you will hear from us shortly. Once you receive our confirmation email you will have 48 hours to submit your deposit to secure your date. All documents and balances are due within 2 days of your scheduled set up.

What is your cancelation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable. If you decide to reschedule your event due to bad weather, we will try to accommodate your new date.   Rental balances will not be refunded 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
